Donna for the WIN! She was quick, flexible, and diligent with securing the coverage we needed! I even asked for additional information to move our other policies!

We sold a car recently. A Progressive insurance claims adjuster called us a month later. The adjuster told us the car was in an accident. Seems the buyer found an insurance card we left behind in the car and gave it to the police officer. We told the adjuster we sold the car. Confused and unsure what was going to happen, we called our Anew Insurance Agent. They checked the claims adjusters notes and helped us through the process.
