Danielle Ventura did an outstanding job for me turning around an insurance policy for a car I was purchasing. She took my cold call and jumped on it right away. Her professionalism and responsiveness were exemplary. The owner even followed up later that day when an issue arose. Very impressed with the agency and with Danielle and Mike (the owner). Would not hesitate to use them again.

Horrible insurance company & I would never recommend to anyone. The customer service is subpar, the staff is not helpful oh, the team is not responsive for details, and they're one of the most impossible insurance agents to work with on a condo or home or anything you need. I was able to get a quotes from other companies within two days and this company couldn't get me quotes even in a week. This company is not something I will ever do business with and I wouldn't ever recommend them to anyone. Terrible all around!
