After having a truly horrific experience with Kurt (the owner) at Quisenberry Insurance, I called Darrell Taylor at Aldrich. Wow. A breath of fresh air. He is a consultant, a gentleman and super patient and nice. I am extremely pleased to meet this group and glad they were able to listen and offer me the options I wanted without trying to sell me something. They were not too busy to listen carefully and present me with excellent choices. Bravo!
I got into contact with Brandon and he took a look at my current policy with another company and gave me recommendations and a quote. The quote was significantly less than what I was currently paying and I decided to go with the Aldrich/Taylor quote. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took care of everything. He kept me in the loop with everything and I couldn't be happier.
