I have worked with AIS now for about 10 years! They have taken care of my businesses several homes and all auto insurance through the entire time! I am still impressed with the level of service! When I called TeamAIS (Advantage Insurance Solutions), the first good thing was that someone answered the phone! I had called 2 other insurance companies, and gotten an answering machine and a phone menu with AI (artificial intelligence), and in neither case was I able to reach a person; frustrating.
