When I called TeamAIS (Advantage Insurance Solutions), the first good thing was that someone answered the phone! I had called 2 other insurance companies, and gotten an answering machine and a phone menu with AI (artificial intelligence), and in neither case was I able to reach a person; frustrating. But Chris (Christian) at AIS answered the phone on the 3rd or 4th ring, and was immediately able to begin helping me, taking down the information he needed to submit a price quote request on a homeowners policy.
