When I called TeamAIS (Advantage Insurance Solutions), the first good thing was that someone answered the phone! I had called 2 other insurance companies, and gotten an answering machine and a phone menu with AI (artificial intelligence), and in neither case was I able to reach a person; frustrating. But Chris (Christian) at AIS answered the phone on the 3rd or 4th ring, and was immediately able to begin helping me, taking down the information he needed to submit a price quote request on a homeowners policy. I could not be more irritated with this company if I could give less stars I would. Definitely look at other options before giving your money to this company. I originally started a policy with this company because the agent was adamant that he could get me a lower rate in 6 months so at 6 months I contacted them and got no response, my policy renewed and I was stuck with the same rate.
