BEWARE!! Did business for 7 years, filed my first claim & was not covered. When I first called to file the claim, the “president” Laura made some very insulting remarks to me. Never acted that way when she took my money. I would stay far away and look for a different brokerage. You will not get the help when you need it most.
Liz Hernandez is always very helpful. I never have to wait a very long time for her to respond to any question I have. Would definitely recommend her and this company for any and all insurance needs.
Access West was very helpful they were able to safe me over $300 for the year on my auto insurance. It was quick and easy to switch. they even cancelled my old policy for me.
