BEWARE!! Did business for 7 years, filed my first claim & was not covered. When I first called to file the claim, the “president” Laura made some very insulting remarks to me. Never acted that way when she took my money. I would stay far away and look for a different brokerage. You will not get the help when you need it most.

Access West has always been very friendly and easy to work with. They insured our business for 9 years and now they insure our house as well. I never had any problems getting questions answered and always received return phone calls. 10 out of 10 for an insurance company.

Liz Hernandez is absolutely, incredible. She not only saved us ALOT of money on our insurance but also exceeded above our expectation. Liz made this whole process for us such a-stressed free and welcoming experience.Theres no pressure, you tell her what you need and she will give you all the best options she can find. She really has a passion for helping people and creating a special relationship with her clients. We really appreciate all the time and effort you gave us Liz. We are One very happy clients!!!

I love this company! I've had our home, business and car insurance with them for almost 10 years. We recently had an issue with a car insurance carrier that Liz was able to handle and lower our premiums! They're all fantastic and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Liz Hernandez is always very helpful. I never have to wait a very long time for her to respond to any question I have. Would definitely recommend her and this company for any and all insurance needs.
